ACAS Management LTD was appointed in January 2020 to run and supervise the works on the £10milion refurbishment works at the Tresham College. The works consisting of stripping out the asbestos and the existing internal walls, re-roofing, re-cladding, new electrical, plumbing, ventilation and AC system controlled remotely by Genius Hub system.

Despite being in a pandemic, we have managed to complete the project as planned, in time for the return of the learners, in September. A true state of the art project where the 1000 plus students will benefit from the new facility.

Shuttleworth
The Animal Care Centre is the home of very rare species of lizards and frogs. It was a true honour of our team to run the Construction of this amazing project.
